Sara Wolfe
Sara Wolfe is an entrepreneurship technical advisor for the Leadership Practice. In this role, Sara guides and supports a diverse range of fellowships and leadership development programs across various regions, with a strong focus on entrepreneurship-related initiatives. Additionally, she is a key contributor to the newly launched Climate Talent Initiative.
In her role, Sara collaborates closely with program teams to design and implement dynamic, participant-centered entrepreneurship development curricula, events, and other program elements, including alumni engagement and partnership development. She also actively works to enhance entrepreneurship expertise and capacity across practices at IREX.
Sara brings over a decade of experience supporting social entrepreneurs, fostering innovation, and spearheading global impact programs. Prior to her role at IREX, she led significant initiatives, including the Co-Lab Accelerator at Uncharted, the Ashoka Fellowship in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, and played a pivotal role in designing and executing the Bridge for Billions’ Fellowship while overseeing its expansion into Latin America. Additionally, Sara served as a Sustainability Fellow with the Malaysian Ministry of Finance and is an alumna of the Unschool of Disruptive Design and the Women Impact Alliance.
Sara holds a bachelor's degree in international relations from Complutense University in Madrid, Spain, and a master’s degree in leadership and sustainability from Malmo University in Malmo, Sweden.
