Jacob Sule is a program coordinator for the Community Engagement Exchange (CEE) Program and Community Solutions Program (CSP).

Jacob’s work focuses on supporting emerging young leaders and experienced professionals to collaborate on community-driven projects, and develop knowledge, skills, and experience to work across sectors in support of engaged and inclusive communities.

Before joining IREX, Jacob worked at the Aspen Institute supporting the International Partners Program in hosting the maiden Global Changemakers Democracy workshop in Berlin. He also led the selection of candidates to participate in the spring 2024 International Program Collaboration, a staff exchange between the International Partners and the Aspen Institute. Jacob also supported with the planning of the 2024 NATO Youth Summit co-hosted by NATO, Aspen US and Aspen Institute Romania.

Jacob holds a master’s degree in international human rights law from the American University Washington College of Law, and bachelor's degrees in law and public administration from Osun State University and Lead City University.
