As a project coordinator for integrated development in focus, Abraham Ashie is passionate about advocacy for environmental protection and mobilizing stakeholders in taking action on climate change issues. During his fellowship in the United States, Ashie hopes to acquire new skills and effective resource mobilization strategies in reaching global leaders, policy makers, and local community members. Upon returning from the Community Solutions Program, Ashie plans to strengthen climate change advocacy by using his knowledge and skills acquired to focus on climate change issues as they relate to desertification.
