As Executive Director & Founder for Youth and Women Initiative for Sustainable Development (YWISD), Adolf Ssemuddu has experience writing proposals, conducting research, and holding a leadership position in empowerment projects for youth and women. For his follow-on project in Uganda, Adolf plans to equip thirty women with vegetable growing skills to provide for the basic needs of their children.

Adolf will be placed at Heart Sounds US, Inc. in Marlborough, MA to monitor and assess projects and help in the consultation department, specifically in grant writing. Adolf will improve his monitoring and assessment skills and learn more about organizational development, management, and grant writing.
