As the CEO for Honai Beez Apiary, Adrian Watson has experience in experiences in project proposal, business plan writing, organizational strategic planning development and problem-solving ideation processing. Adrian holds a BSc. in Geography and Zoology for UWI, Mona and has been working in the area of natural resources management focusing youth and community development for 10 years. He has a strong background in natural resources management, specifically focused on biodiversity, and climate and environment at the local, regional and international levels.  During the fellowship, Adrian aims to learn about alternative types fundraising, operations, basic accounting, business records systems, operation management, production systems establishment, and if possible, advance his skills in CAD and CNC Routing processes. Upon returning to Jamaica, Adrian plans to raise the capital needed to fully start-up a Beehive CNC workshop, employ additional staff, and finish the launch of Honai Beez Apiary as a full fledge social enterprise.
