Adriana Andonie Hernandez
As a founder and manager for Raíz Culinaria, Adriana Andonie Hernández has experience in developing creative content, staff management, and time management. During the fellowship, Adriana aims to learn about developing a stronger and stable strategy to target a wider audience, how to inspire others into contributing to Raíz Culinaria’s content, and how to balance a profitable organization that still goes hand in hand with socially conscious values. Upon returning to Honduras, Adriana plans to create partnerships that will enable Raíz Culinaria to produce more content through sponsored relations, and produce a Honduran food history and culture documentary series.
