As a Chairwoman of the Board for Corporate Social Responsibility Platform of Latvia, Agnese is an expert in communication, lobbying, strategy creation and implementation, maintaining stakeholder relations, and media relations. She has developed skills in planning and controlling processes. During her fellowship in the United States, Agnese hopes to learn about new methods of cooperation with businesses on anti-corruption issues, corporate governance, and transparency, while also developing her skills in leadership, fundraising, strategic planning, and lecturing. Upon returning from the Community Solutions Program, Agnese plans to attract business attention to anti-corruption issues on the management level by engaging them in activities that challenge them to change business practices.
