As a Capacity Building Senior Executive for Selangor Women’s Empowerment Institute (IWB), Ain Nasiehah Binti Amiruddin has experience facilitating and coordinating behavioral change training sessions for service providers as well as experience with women, migrants, and refugees. For her follow-on project in Malaysia, Ain plans to implement an empowerment project for noncitizens, such as migrants and refugees, to train them on their rights.

Ain will be placed at Nashville International Center for Empowerment (NICE) in Nashville, TN to execute monitoring and evaluation frameworks for various projects.
