As the Parliamentary Program Associate of United Nations Development Programme, Aisha Gul provides support in strengthening election and legislation system of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, enhances the capacity building of the elected parliamentary members, and provides technical assistance to the Provincial Task Force. While in the U.S., Gul worked with New American Pathways in Atlanta, Georgia, where she engaged in the resettlement and protection of refugees and asylum seekers; assisted with vocational education and training; provided services of career development, post secondary education, and professional mentorship to women. Since her return to Pakistan, Gul has focused her efforts on a UNDP project called Strengthening Election and Legislation in Pakistan (SELP) and a volunteer project called Corona Solidarity Campaign (CSC) which helps provide food to those affected by COVID-19.
