Alamy works in the education sector as the Chief Executive Officer of Lekòl Konekte. For elementary and secondary school students in Haiti seeking to enhance their skills in math, science, languages, and social studies, Lekòl Konekte is an online learning platform that offers engaging, interactive resources specifically designed to meet their educational needs and foster academic growth. Alamy aims to provide immediate access to quality education in Haiti in the short term. Ultimately, they would like to create a sustainable and comprehensive e-learning ecosystem that empowers generations of students with accessible, high-quality learning experiences. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Alamy’s top business challenge is Social Impact. More specifically, they want to make their e-learning platform accessible to underserved communities in Haiti, amplifying its social impact on education. During the Fellowship Placement, Alamy hopes to gain exposure through collaboration with a Fellowship Placement Organization, receiving practical insights, mentorship, and resources that will further strengthen the social impact of Lekol Konekte and enable them to provide enhanced educational opportunities for underserved communities in Haiti.
