As a Community Education Officer for the Anti-Corruption Commission, Aldridge conducts a community education program aimed at educating the public on issues of corruption and enlisting their support. Aldridge is an expert in educating the community on corruption and is skilled in community mobilization and networking with civil society organizations. During his fellowship in the United States, Aldridge hopes to learn about governance, outreach strategies, and community project management while also developing his skills in leadership, resource mobilization, and entrepreneurship. Upon returning to Zambia, Aldridge plans to equip young people with knowledge and skills in good governance, entrepreneurship, and leadership through workshops and social networking to help them participate effectively in combating corruption when developing their community.
