Alejandra Estrada
Alejandra Estrada is a finance assistant based in Guatemala City. She assists operations and financial management for CREDIBLE, reviewing administrative and financial aspects of the project’s work in Guatemala, Peru, and the Dominican Republic. She also supports general operations for the IREX office in Guatemala.
Alejandra has 14 years of experience managing international cooperation projects for local public entities and civil society organizations in Guatemala and El Salvador. She has experience in the direct management of financial activities in programs financed by USAID, collaborating in projects focused on providing technical support in health, electoral systems, governance, anti-corruption, and human rights issues. She has contributed to the management of project funds by direct cooperation in activities and by participating in grant management and oversight with implementing partners.
Alejandra holds studies in legal and social sciences, and a diploma in business administration from the Business School for the Americas, Loyola.
