Aleksandr Vnutskikh holds a PhD in Philosophy, as well as a degree in Biology from Perm State University. He has taken on roles of progressively greater responsibility in the Faculty of Philosophy and Sociology, stepping into the position of Dean in 2007. Vnutskikh has also won numerous teaching and research awards for his work in the department.
