Alicia is a successful entrepreneur and engineering student working in the Environmental Issues sector and leads environment care company Banana Pack, which uses crop residues to create high value-added products. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, their top business challenge is finance. During the host placement, this fellow hopes to learn from US companies about how they achieve growth and financial stability, what the alternatives for environmental care industries are, and whether there are opportunities to export biodegradable products.
