Alina Ilinova is a Technology Transfer Manager at the University of Mines in St. Petersburg, Russia.  As the leading manager, she works with mining enterprises in the field of technology commercialization.  Dr. Ilinova also works with industrial companies in the sphere of joint innovation development, conducts market research and finalizes potential innovation projects.  She received her PhD in Economics from the University of Mines in 2013.  Dr. Ilinova will research technology commercialization strategies at the University of Maryland with Dr. Kai Duh, Director of the Maryland International Incubator.
