Alton works in the Health sector leading Fundashon Alton Paas, a non-profit working to improve the quality of life for people with spinal cord injuries and other neurological disabilities. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, their top business challenge is finance. During the host placement, this fellow hopes to be of service and have an impact so that their time benefits the U.S business or organization as well as themselves.
