Alvaro Galdeano Nadal
Alvaro works in the food and beverage sector as the CEO and Founder of Malba Insumos. For companies in Mexico, the United States, Canada, and Central America that are seeking B2B and B2C solutions in beer-making, Malba Insumos is a fermented beverages company that offers a step-by-step process and clear instructions for home brewers with prompt service, timely delivery, quality products, and expert support and advice for factories. In the short term, Alvaro aims to expand their operations to other beverages such as wine, coffee, and vermouth. Ultimately, they want to expand to more countries, achieve global scale, build highly focused teams, and establish processes that ensure the business is profitable and sustainable. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Alvaro’s top business challenge is Scaling and Expansion. More specifically, they aim to attain the mindset and tools necessary to manage a company on a global scale effectively, work toward their objectives, and plan for the future. During the Fellowship Placement, Alvaro hopes to learn how to deliver real value to the company, put their knowledge into practice, and achieve synergy within the company.
