Amelia works in the Tourism sector leading Selva Whitewater Adventures. This fellow is an outdoor leader and entrepreneur in the adventure tourism industry. Selva Whitewater Adventures offers hiking tours, rafting tours, and service projects. The adventure tours provide tourists with the opportunity to safely explore the outdoors and the amazing flora and fauna that Costa Rica offers. The service projects primarily work with groups of young adults who get to integrate into rural communities and contribute to that community while learning about the language and culture.
