As the Program and Content Development Specialist of Consultant, Ana Alibegova focuses on identity-formation, democracy, and socio-political integration in complex societies, in particular in the area of Western Balkans and the MENA region; develops innovative concepts; and establishes supporting systems for strategic positioning and capacity-building of various stakeholders. While in the U.S., Alibegova worked with Gateway Media Arts Lab in Mt. Rainier, Washington where she developed a branding manual that boosted the organizational communication strategy. Since her return to Macedonia, Alibegova has focused her efforts on branding and impact communication for CSOs and social startups and capacity-building of organizations in Europe and Southern Africa on social entrepreneurship education.
