As a Founder and President for the NGO GET INNOVATION Bitola, Ana is experienced in organizing projects, project writing, implementation and administration, as well as cooperation with local and international partners. Ana is an expert in implementing digital project management tools and has developed skills in project management cycles, grants administration, and creating curricula related to internet technology. During her fellowship in the United States, Ana hopes to learn about new methods for developing innovative solutions, project management practices, and alternatives for NGO fundraising while also developing her skills in new internet technology tools, organizational structures for NGOs, and gaining intercultural experience. Upon returning from the Community Solutions Program, Ana plans to continue working on the process of establishing GET INNOVATION Bitola as a creative hub, mostly concentrated on digitalization and internet technology.
