As an environmental project manager for EcoVisio, Ana-Maria Popa has experience addressing urban mobility and environmental issues, advocacy campaigns, and community mobilization. For her CSP Practicum, Ana-Maria was placed at Friends of Columbia Tap in Houston, Texas where she collaborated on a community-led climate adaptation project and assisted with the execution of a neighborhood beautification and placemaking project. For her follow-on project in Moldova, Ana-Maria plans to increase the capacity of Chisinau Bike Alliance and create a tactical urbanism hub.
