As a Co-founder of Los Tacos del Gordo, Andres Rodriguez has experience in achieving core strategic goals and creating a successful brand that has earned high customer recognition. During the fellowship, Andres aims to learn about accounting and the financial control of a medium-size organization, strategic planning for a coordinated expansion, and how to create a balance between business and social responsibility. Upon returning to Ecuador, Andres plans to continue expanding his business to become a nationwide brand in the next five years.
