Andres works in the business services sector as the CEO and Founder of Arch Group. For medium-sized tech companies seeking international growth, Arch Group is a consultancy provider that offers a comprehensive program and perspective covering sales, marketing, finance, tax, and operations. Andres’s short-term goal is to scale the company from 2.5 million pesos in revenue to ten million pesos in the next three years. Their long-term goal is to enable the company to consolidate its position as a market leader in internationalization for service-based companies. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Andres’s top business challenge Strategy, more specifically, implementing a growth strategy in the US market. During the Fellowship Placement, Andres hopes to gain knowledge about the dynamics, culture, norms, and decision-making process of a US company.
