As a youth worker and program coordinator for the Association for Educational Development Ekvalis, Angel Dimitrievski has experience in youth work and strengthening activist capacities of young LGBTQ+ people at risk in North Macedonia. For his CSP practicum, Angel collaborated with the YES Institute in Miami, FL and where he managing social media, updated education materials and developed new youth programming. For his follow-on project in North Macedonia, Angel plans to implement a queer camp that will equip LGBTQ+ youth with the skill sets to transform the homophobia climate in North Macedonia.
