Anny works in the agriculture and animal care sector, leading Maraguas Farm, a sweet potato packing plant with exports to the European market. This fellow is a food science major, and coming into the YLAI Fellowship, their top business challenge is social impact. During the host placement, Anny hopes to learn about business strategies, how US organizations deal with finances and resources, and whether the pandemic affected other businesses (and, if so, how they are dealing with the challenges). The fellow also wants to learn about social impact in US organizations and their benefits.
