As a Managing Partner for SME Strategy, Anthony Taylor has experience in creating and executing strategic plans and leading special projects. During the fellowship, Anthony aims to learn about establishing and leading remote business units, advanced change management, and how to create strategic partnerships. Upon returning to Canada, Anthony plans to develop a franchise model for his business to scale it globally.
