As the Owner of Guilty Consumption, Ashante Lindsay has experience in customer service, inventory management, financial planning, coordinating logistics, and supervising teams. During the fellowship, Ashante aims to learn about operating a dessert restaurant, mass production of desserts, and marketing. Upon returning to Antigua, Ashante plans to use this experience to develop Guilty Consumption and increase sales.
