As CEO of R.A. Williams Distributors Ltd, Audley Reid has experience in pharmacy practice, pharmaceutical marketing and sales, as well as business management. During the fellowship, Audley aims to learn about distribution trade in the US, human resource management, and financial management in business accounting. Upon returning to Jamaica, Audley plans to grow and establish his business as a leading distributor of pharmaceuticals in Jamaica and the wider Caribbean and utilize the skills gained to enhance the management structure of his business to ensure future growth and expansion.
