As the Chairman of the Board of RSK Bank, Azizbek Omorkulov is making his contribution to increase transparency and accountability in the banking communities of Kyrgyz Republic. While in the U.S., Omorkulov worked with Clark Atlanta University, Economic Development Center in Atlanta, where he worked jointly with Tom Stokes (FDIC) to motivate the banking sector in Atlanta to finance low income communities to increase the effectiveness of investments. Since his return to Kyrgyzstan, Omorkulov has focused his efforts on making financial services accessible to low income communities through financial literacy and transparency in the banking community.
