Barbara works in the Arts and Culture sector at Pacifista, leading as a designer and advertiser for this fashion enterprise. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Barbara’s top business challenge is scaling and expansion. During the host placement, this fellow hopes to learn about establishing a solid scientific basis to support a business, particularly in an international context. Barbara also hopes to explore an international market, study its trends and apply this knowledge to the development and global expansion of Pacifista.
