As a cohost and co-creator for the podcast “A Second Shift,” Begaiym Adzhikeeva has experience discussing complex information about women’s rights in an entertaining way that creates a safe space to be vulnerable and empowered. For her CSP Practicum, Begaiym was placed at Hand2Mouth in Portland, Oregon where she supported training, co-teaching, and partnership building. For her follow-on project in Kyrgyzstan, Begaiym plans to launch a mentorship program where career-driven experienced women will share their stories and lessons on how to become managers.
