As a Co-Founder of Mujeres Turbo, Berenice Franco has experience in training women entrepreneurs in empowerment, interpersonal negotiation, and business. During the fellowship, Berenice aims to learn ways to improve her company's long-range plan for sustainability, grow the network of women entrepreneurs at the regional level, and create alliances with institutions interested in reducing the gender gap. Upon returning to Perú, Berenice plans to lead a national strategy designed to enable more women entrepreneurs to train and lead successful businesses.
