As the Founder and Administrative Director for Mom Business University, Betsaida Olivares has experience in many areas of engineering including quality assurance, health and safety, and designing entrepreneurial programs and eLearning content and courses. During the fellowship, Betsaida aims to learn about top eLearning technology, how to approach international universities for academic endorsements, and how to use social media at an expert level to create a virtual community. Upon returning to Guatemala, Betsaida plans to implement a strategic plan to leverage her virtual community to increase the number of successful mother entrepreneurs in Guatemala and Latin America.
