As a Monitoring & Evaluation Officer for Right4Children, Binod Neupane has over ten years of professional experience in community and social development. For his follow-on project in Nepal, Binod plans to support vulnerable out-of-school young people, especially girls, in developing their confidence and preparing them for the world of work through vocational training with a job or a micro business opportunity.

Binod will be placed at AeroStar Consulting Corporation in Chicago, IL to establish a network of industry professionals, assist the organization in measuring project outcomes, and design initiatives accordingly.
