As the Director and Founder for Inguz Editorial, Candela González Niesl has experience in leading projects that have a positive impact both in women’s lives and in the cultural around her. She is adept at making alliances with different organizations and shelters all around the country to spread Inguz’s purpose. During the fellowship, Candela aims to learn how to introduce and pitch the main goals of entrepreneurship to different cultures, how to develop a strategy for both a local and a global impact, and how to gain a positive lesson from each challenge that may arise. Upon returning to Argentina, Candela plans to work with entrepreneurs and teams by providing workshops on how to build a project with positive impact in society. She also envisions building a channel where people from all around the world can see what Inguz does, how it does it, and where she can share with her team all that she has learned and experienced during the fellowship.
