As Chair for 1001 Ideas, Carlos Eduardo Vargas has experience in social innovation and working with youth. During the fellowship, Carlos Eduardo aims to learn about social innovation hubs, triple impact retailers, and youth trends. Upon returning to Venezuela, Carlos Eduardo plans to scale a social innovation community with a focus on youth throughout Venezuela and Latin America.
