Chantsaldulam Jigjiddorj is Project Manager at Women for Social Progress, where she connects citizens and their political representatives at national and local levels via public awareness campaigns, open forums, and a public parliamentary library. While in the U.S., Jigjiddorj worked at the Alaska Center for Public Policy in Anchorage, assisting the organization in its fundraising efforts and researching best practices in engaging citizens at the local government level. Upon return to Mongolia, Jigjiddorj used her U.S.-based research to create a resource guide for local governments and civil society organizations to more effectively encourage citizen and community participation.
