As a school social worker for The Ministry of Education, Chervon Cupidore-Crickie has experience in the area of mentorship both at a professional level as well at the community level. For her CSP practicum, Chervon collaborated with Jacob A. Riis Neighborhood Settlement in Long Island, New York where she worked on the organizational strategic plan, community advisory board, and youth mentoring project. For her follow-on project in Trinidad and Tobago, Chevron plans to establish a mentorship program that targets young people within the community to develop themselves holistically for the future.
