Christopher Cole is a program associate for the Community Engagement Exchange Program. 

In this role, Christopher supports fellows’ U.S. practicum experience including host recruitment and selection, and serves as an IREX advisor. As a member of CEE's host team, Christopher works to identify and recruit host organizations to host CEE fellows and advises fellows through any challenges they face while completing their practicums.

Before joining IREX, Christopher worked with a variety of civil society nonprofits in the D.C. and Philadelphia area, with a focus on education and international cultural exchange. He has experience working with diverse populations, such as high schoolers, homeless veterans, returning citizens (formerly incarcerated), as well as local businesses, board members, and other stakeholders.

Christopher holds a B.A. in media communications - business and media entrepreneurship, with a minor in African-American studies/Africology, from Temple University.
