Constant Okello-Obura is the Principal of the College of Computing and Information Sciences at Makerere University. He is responsible for overall academic, administrative and financial management of the college. Constant holds a PhD in Information Science from the University of South Africa, and a MSc in Information Science from Makerere University. During his UASP fellowship, Constant will be working on research management with a focus on connecting research to policy.
