Cristhian works in the Education sector leading Learn and Share English (LASE). Cristhian is a psychologist and social entrepreneur who is leading a social education initiative for making English accessible to everyone. The fellow offers value by providing English classes using the flipped classroom methodology that allows teaching time to be used effectively and creates a feeling of achievement in the student. The classes are targeted at children and adolescents from the ages of 6–15 years. Three levels of classes are offered: kids, juniors, and teens. The fellow’s approach is unique because they develop English language skills, leadership, empathy, and environmentally sustainable behaviors in students.
