As a Program Officer for Cambodian Organization for Children and Development, Dalin Eng has experience increasing access to early childhood and primary education and women's empowerment. Dalin is placed at Action for Healthy Kids in Chicago, IL, to develop recommendations for social enterprise and earned-income revenues focusing on women's entrepreneurship. Upon returning to Cambodia, Dalin plans to promote women's entrepreneurship to help secure healthy family and community life.
