Daniel Bell is a program officer for the Community Engagement Exchange (CEE) program and Community Solutions Program (CSP) in the Leadership Practice. In this role, Daniel leads strategic communications for the CEE Program and CSP.

Prior to joining IREX, Daniel led communications for the Global Language Network (GLN), where he managed their social media platforms and designed their communications strategy to engage the organization’s clients and partners. Prior to this, Daniel worked as an events fellow with Susie Lee for Congress, supporting 20 virtual fundraising events on a competitive swing-district Congressional race in Nevada that raised over $4.8 Million. From 2018-2019, Daniel was a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant (ETA) in Brazil. As an ETA, he organized and led cultural exchange and language education programming for over two hundred students and community members at the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV).

Daniel has also been a conversation partner and mentor with EducationUSA, and the Center for Intensive English Studies at Florida State University. He holds a B.A. in English and a certificate in leadership studies from Florida State University.
