As the Founder of Hmgrwn & Co, a company pioneering the field of conscious living in Jamaica, Danielle Terrelonge has experience in building a network of artisanal workers, raw material suppliers, and consumers across the island of Jamaica. During the fellowship, Danielle aims to learn about storytelling branding, strategic operations, and develop her skills as a mentor. Upon returning to Jamaica, Danielle plans to lead a strategic partnership campaign to encourage and increase the number of sustainable social entrepreneurs on the island and thereby decrease the country’s employment gap in the business sector.
