As an auditor information systems for the Malawi Government at the National Audit Office, David Mhlanga has experience in community mobilization and project designing, as well as development, implementation, management, and evaluation. For his CSP practicum, David collaborated with Northwest Assistance Ministries in Houston, Texas where he worked on the development of programmatic outcomes and client satisfaction surveys and supported fundraising development. For his follow-on project in Malawi, David plans to launch a project aimed at promoting good governance by providing accountability and transparency in the Social Transfer Fund through quality audits.
