Diana works in the Community Development sector, leading Diversa as an industrial engineer focused on community development. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, their top business challenge is scaling and expansion. During the host placement, this fellow hopes to learn how to increase their impact in the network of rural communities, grow as a social business, expand into the US market, and find models to diversify their digital platform.
