Domenica is a trainee lawyer and works in the Female Empowerment sector leading JuntasXEllas, a social project for women and girls. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, their top business challenge is finance. During the host placement, this fellow hopes to learn about different perspectives of the world and how to develop strategies, improve team working, and accomplish their goals to help their community and globally.
