As a Senior Teacher and Counselor for Nhat Hong Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired, Duc Anh Minh Nguyen has experience in assistive technology training/counseling, inclusive education support, educational/transitional/planning counseling, developing assistive tools, and educational/assistive manual writing for people with visual impairment and related persons. For his follow-on project in Vietnam, Minh plans to maximize opportunities for individuals with vision impairment in rural areas, support inclusive education of students with vision impairment in rural areas, and develop tools and manuals to support distance counseling.

Minh will be placed at Disability Rights California in Sacramento, CA to research and develop distance training and counseling services for individuals with disabilities and related persons.
