Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Edgar’s top business challenge is Scaling & Expansion. More specifically, they want to learn how to expand the business while maintaining quality and profitability. During the Fellowship Placement, Edgar hopes to gain valuable insights, experience, strategies, and connections to help Xoratom overcome its business challenges while also being able to contribute their knowledge and expertise to the needs of the Placement Organization.
