Eduardo works in the health sector as the General Manager of Genesis ONG. For people with low income who live in Zone 18 of the capital of Guatemala, Genesis ONG is a non-governmental organization that provides health services at a low cost. Eduardo’s short-term goal is to create a new clinic in another city sector. Their long-term vision is to create a hospital and radiological center that provides quality services for people with limited resources. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Eduardo’s top business challenge is Finance. More specifically, they want to find people and companies willing to donate to the company to allow it to expand its reach in the community. During the Fellowship Placement, Eduardo hopes to learn more about managing a non-governmental organization.
